Job Title: Shift Lead at our Richardson Location


  • Coordinate the activities of the team during your shift.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other Shift Leads and management to achieve operational goals
  • Communicate any notable incidents or concerns to management

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, and weekends

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the retail or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
