Job Title: Shift Lead at our Richardson Location
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the team during your shift.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other Shift Leads and management to achieve operational goals
- Communicate any notable incidents or concerns to management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, and weekends
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
