Adrian Phillips FDM

Adrian Phillips FDM is a Senior Trainer at WAGD. They joined WAGD in 2022 as a Pet Manners and Conformation Handling trainer. They are a CGC, Trick, and Temperament Test evaluator. They have been involved in the world of show dogs for over 10 years, handling breeds from every group in the conformation ring. They got their first show dog, an Icelandic Sheepdog named Andi, in 2014. Adrian and Andi have won multiple Owner Handled Best in Shows, multiple Group Firsts, and have been ranked #1 Owner Handled Icelandic Sheepdog, as well as Top 5 in the breed. Adrian has competed at the Westminster Kennel Club shows multiple times, earning several awards, including Best of Breed in 2023! Adrian enjoys working with all species and once trained a goat kid to its Trick Dog Novice title! They are often found at various dog sport events, whether shows or competitions. Adrian currently has two dogs, Andi and his son, Tamlin, both Icelandic Sheepdogs.
