- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
