Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register clients and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
